A delicious double-layer carrot sponge made with carrots, sultanas and mixed spices. Iced and filled with a cream cheese frosting. Decorated with edible flowers and pumpkin seeds.

The carrot cake in the café is made Gluten and Dairy Free. However, we can make the sponge not gluten-free if you wish!
